Dear Partners and Customers,
in light of the current Coronavirus-situation, TELL management ordered employees in all departments, where possible, to work from home, for health protection and the protection of their relatives.
We would like to inform you that TELL will continue to operate in a normal manner:
- All received orders will be handled with the usual conditions and in chronological order.
- Product delivery is continuous. Delivery is done by a third party, so given the current situation, we recommend that you place your orders earlier than usual.
- Our telephone support is working normally. We are there for our clients during business hours, from 8:00 to 17:00.
- TELL's IT systems are constantly monitored, and in the event of an outage, our technical team can immediately start the necessary repairs.
- Due to the Coronavirus-situation, we are unable to provide on-site and in-person technical support, but a video conferencing system (ZOOM) has been implemented, to provide the usual TELL high quality technical support and trainings. Take advantage of this opportunity!
